CIFOR 2015 Desk Calendar and Think Forests Campaign
Brief: Design a desk calendar for CIFOR that highlights the linkage between the state of forests, and the achievement of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.
Solution: A series of image created entirely from leaf litter and found objects from the rehabilitated tropical forest that surrounds CIFOR's head office in Bogor Indonesia. Conceptualised, created and photographed in one hectic week on-site, the photography/illustration series was transformed into a year-long 'THINK FORESTS' campaign.
For the campaign promo video, I created a overhead-shot timelapse photo series while recreating the essence of the original illustrations.
